Adam Sandler is reportedly attached to star in Ghost, Chris Columbus's remake that will not see Sandler sensually working a pottery wheel with a female version of himself, because it's thankfully not a remake of that Ghost. This is Columbus's previously announced remake of Hello Ghost, a Korean comedy that is sort of Ghost Town and pretty much entirely the Robert Downey Jr. film Heart and Souls. It centers on a man who attempts suicide and, failing that, becomes haunted by four ghosts, each looking for a favor--like perhaps a wacky supporting role in virtually all of Sandler's films. It has not yet been established why Sandler's character would try to kill himself when he's got such an amazingly beautiful wife and home.
