Anne Hathaway will at last be criminally tried and set adrift in the Atlantic in The Lifeboat. The actress will reportedly both produce and star in the film, which centers on a newly-widow on trial for murder in 1914. There, she's questioned to the details of her escape from a sinking ship, aboard an overcrowded lifeboat that forced its passengers to make some tough decisions about who could stay on. Assumedly, she will smile and weep and sing through her interrogation, and then the jury will understand that Anne Hathaway isn't a threat. She's three!
