Here's the Latest Elizabeth Taylor-Richard Burton Drama You Demanded

The passionate and turbulent romance of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, still lingering with grandmas today like the scent of perm and White Diamonds, has once again been captured for television in BBC Four/America's Burton and Taylor. Though Lifetime's Liz & Dick just recently used different synonyms to tell that story with Lindsay Lohan, this new take apparently skews older and more focused, casting Helena Bonham Carter and The Wire's Dominic West as the couple in 1983, when they starred in a revival of the Noel Coward play Private Lives. It also features breast self-fondling and a Robert Palmer-challenging conversation about whether one can be addicted to love, because it is a very good TV movie. Here's the first teaser:
