July 29, 2013

Jagdish Raj, the Bollywood actor famous for playing a police inspector in everything, has reportedly died at the age of 85. Over a 21-year career that he ended twenty years ago, Raj played a cop in 144 films, in the process earning the Guinness World Record for being film's most typecast actor. Son-in-law Rakesh Malhotra said the actor's health had been faltering over the last couple years, and he died following a respiratory arrest.

Considering we just lost Dennis Farina last week, there should really be a 24-hour watch put on Reginald VelJohnson.
