After first eyeing Tom Cruise and Leonardo DiCaprio for the bad guy in his new film, Matthew Vaughn has settled on the always-better value in over-the-top villainy with Samuel L. Jackson. He'll reportedly play the antagonist in The Secret Service, the Kick-Ass director's latest Mark Millar comic adaptation. The film, a "James Bond meets My Fair Lady" tale, is already set to star Colin Firth as a veteran MI6 agent training his loser nephew (newcomer Taron Egerton) in the ways of spycraft. The Firth/Jackson romantic-comedy Motherfuckin' Love will just have to wait.
