Back to Bipedal Robots for Hugh Jackman


Hugh Jackman is returning to again work with his favorite CGI metal co-star (besides claws). He's reportedly joining Chappie, Neill Blomkamp's latest film about a poor slum overrun by allegorical science fiction. The film is based on the director's below 2004 short, and it's set to star Slumdog Millionaire's Dev Patel alongside Blomkamp go-to Sharlto Copley, who's playing a robotic cop that is not RoboCop. According to BleedingCool, Jackman's role is of "a CEO who ends up on the wrong side of the gangsters." Hey, CEOs and criminals? Sounds like the same thing to me! (You aren't the only one who can make incisive class commentary, Blomkamp.)
