After years of appearing mostly just in "You Won't Believe What They Look Like Now!" slideshows, Haley Joel Osment is returning to feature films with roles in indies from our two most aggressively opinionated geeks. First, he's joining Tusk, Kevin Smith's latest project to keep himself busy between explaining why he'll never make a film again. It's a horror film about a maniac trying to body-horror a roommate into a walrus, and Osment will play Justin Long's best friend, teaming with Long's girlfriend when Die Hard 4 goes missing. The Sixth Sense star--who you can soon see on IFC's bizarre The Spoils of Babylon--is also reportedly joining Chronicle writer Max Landis's directorial debut, Me Him Her. Characters and plot aren't being revealed for that, but Osment joins Scott Bakula and Geena Davis in a cast you'd never in your life guess was for a 2014 film.
