Emerson College Naming School of Comm. After Ron Burgundy
Since Ron Burgundy is doing such a fine job moving Dodge Durangos, Emerson College has decided to use him to sell their similarly-priced, similarly-safe alternative, a private education. The Boston college will reportedly on December 4 rename its school of communication to the Ron Burgundy School of Communication in honor of Will Ferrell's influential fake newsman. Ferrell will also be visiting the school that day to introduce an early screening of his sequel, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. The school of communications' donors will likely be relieved to hear that the change is only temporary, though; after the event, the building will revert to its old name, The Home for Kids Who Can't Figure Out What Would Actually Be Useful to Major In.
