The next year is set to see a showdown of exactly Herculean proportion, with directors Brett Ratner and Renny Harlin both prepping takes on the Hercules myth for a 2014 release. Ratner's film is being set up for a big summer tentpole release, hitting theaters in July with a cast that includes John Hurt and Ian McShane, with Dwayne Johnson in the title role. Harlin's take stars Kellan Lutz, and it looks like someone got a bro pass-out drunk and, as a really elaborate frat hazing, in his stupor convinced him he'd awakened in the world of 300.
