Automated Hunt for Sarah Connor Continues with 'Terminator' Casting Rumors
It's down to Emilia Clarke and Brie Larson in Paramount's hunt for a new, more adorable model of Sarah Connor. According to Deadline they're the two in the running to take over the role for the studio's new Terminator, which is being directed by Thor: The Dark World's Alan Taylor. Thanks to Taylor's prior Game of Thrones work, Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen on the HBO series, has nepotism on her side and reportedly "an edge" in the casting. Though the film is being billed a "reboot," whoever gets the part would nonetheless star alongside Schwarzenegger, who's returning to his famous role to show that age ain't nothing but a number that's visibly deteriorating the muscle mass and skin elasticity of this particular learning computer.
