Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana To Continue Playing Blue Monsters

Just in case there was any question, it's now been confirmed that Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana will return to their roles as Thad and Julia Avatar in James Cameron's continuing sequels to Avatar. The news seems like sort of a no-brainer--especially since the news that even Stephen Lang is returning (from the dead)--but with Cameron last year deciding his trilogy needed a fourth film, it apparently meant "renegotiations were in order." Though the 2009 original is the highest-grossing film in history, with over $2.7 billion at the worldwide box office, Deadline reports that the new deals still remain "basically in line with their previous deals," because fuck 'em. The plan is for the films to shoot back-to-back-to-back next winter, allowing Jimmy to finish them off in one joyous, uninterrupted session of coloring in blue.
