Last night, composer Steven Price took down celebrated peers like John Williams and Hans Zimmer to win the BAFTA for Original Film Music. Sadly, that honor will now taste like a shit sandwich compared to this, the news that he will be the one privileged with penning Ant-Man Love Theme. Director Edgar Wright has tweeted the news that Price will be scoring his upcoming Ant-Man, the Marvel film set to star Paul Rudd as a shrinking superhero who also can talk with bugs. Price previously worked with Wright on The World's End after composing for Wright's Ant-Man co-writer Joe Cornish on Attack the Block. Plus, the guy really knows how to write music for romantic-comedy regulars in cool helmets.
