HBO has finally revealed when we'll get to again see Jon Snow or possibly just Jon Snow's corpse. The cable network has officially announced that Game of Thrones' sixth season will begin on Sunday, April 24--to be immediately followed by Silicon Valley and Veep, also premiering their new seasons that night.

Also: unlike, say, certain authors of Game of Thrones, HBO is quickly moving forward to continue the franchise. According to EW, "The network is deep in talks to bring back the Emmy-winning fantasy hit for a seventh and eighth season." As the cast is only contractually obligated for seven seasons, it's time for Hodor to get paid.
