Nicole Kidman is reuniting with Portrait of a Lady director Jane Campion for Top Of The Lake: China Girl, the Top of the Lake follow-up that it turns out is not about the David Bowie song. According to Deadline, Kidman will join series star Elizabeth Moss and Game of Thrones' Gwendoline Christie in the new run. It's said China Girl will take place four years after the original, with Moss's Det. Griffin now investigating the case of an unidentified body that washes up on Sydney's Bondi Beach. It's probably just another case of someone getting caught in the plastic rings off a six-pack and strangling, but she's gonna check it out anyway. The series is set to air on BBC Two, SundanceTV, and Hulu.
