Black Swan (limited)
Director: Darren Aronofsky
Starring: Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis, Vincent Cassel
Good if you want to see: a hugely-praised psychological ballet drama from Darren Aronofsky. Isn't that enough? You're going to look like such an a-hole if your plan is to just watch the kissing part later on YouTube.

All Good Things (limited)
Director: Andrew Jarecki
Starring: Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, Frank Langella
Good if you want to see: Ryan Gosling as a great husband! Ut oh it turns out he's a murdering husband! Whups, Dunst!

I Love You, Phillip Morris (limited)
Director: Glenn Ficarra, John Requa
Starring: Jim Carrey, Ewan McGregor, Leslie Mann
Good if you want to see: a dark comedy about what wacky criminals Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor are being gay together. Don't feel uncomfortable watching it. No one is judging you.

Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale (limited)
Director: Jalmari Helander
Starring: a really frightening Santa impersonator (above)
Good if you want to see: Santa Claus (the malevolent, chid-punishing version, not the commercialism-encouraging one)--once trapped inside a mountain--now unearthed, captured, and auctioned off. Here's the trailer. Looks pret-ty wild.

The Warrior's Way
Director: Sngmoo Lee
Starring: Dong-gun Jang, Kate Bosworth, Geoffrey Rush
Good if you want to see: "the world's greatest swordsman abandon his warrior clan to start a new life in the American Badlands." Naturally, the American Badlands are also home to Kate Bosworth and Geoffrey Rush.

Night Catches Us
Director: Tanya Hamilton
Starring: Anthony Mackie, Kerry Washington
Good if you want to see: former Black Panthers struggle with personal and political conflicts in the mid-'70s. Fear not: Tylery Perry is in no way involved.
