Look, I'd rather not even describe this trailer to you. I'm not going to be able to do that without making it sound like yet another awkward white kid coming-of-age tale stuffed with enough quirk to split your preciousness pants. Because, honestly, that is a little what it is. BUT, it also looks exceptionally well-crafted, and I've heard nothing but good things from people who've seen it. And, most tellingly, it's written and directed by Richard Ayoade, who all good British comedy nerds should know from his always-amazing involvement in Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, The IT Crowd, The Mighty Boosh, and more. Just give it a chance, OK?
This may be one of the few illegitimate children Harold and Maude can be proud of.
