Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans have been doing all our most recent pouty faces to promote being Avengers, but let us not forget the film originators of such seductive expressions: the main cast of Zoolander. A sequel to the Ben Stiller comedy has long been discussed as an eventuality, and though there's still no indication of when/if production will start, speaking to MTV, co-star Owen Wilson has given a small update as to what we might expect from his character, Hansel, if the film does come together. Spoilers alert: expects an awful, melty face, probably:
"Hansel, he's fallen on hard times," [Wilson] teased, before dropping a bombshell: "There's been a disfiguring injury."
A disfiguring injury? What kind of disfiguring injury? Wilson wouldn't say, but he did offer one fantastically cryptic and unexpected teaser: "Think 'Vanilla Sky."
As a little reminder, here's what Tom Cruise's awful, melty face looks like in Vanilla Sky:
So, like that? Or do you think he just meant the facial deformities will leave you really fucking annoyed that it turns out they were just Tom Cruise's dream?
