Concerned that his cast did not yet look enough like Grandma's doll collection, director Tom Hooper reportedly has put offers out to Taylor Swift and Amanda Seyfried to join his musical adaptation of Les Misérables. Swift is said to have beat out rivals Lea Michele, Scarlett Johansson, and Evan Rachel Wood for the role of Éponine, daughter of Sacha Baron Cohen's Thénardiers; Seyfried's offered part is Cosette, which would make her the daughter of Anne Hathaway's Fantine, but apparently that works because of different time periods or time travel or something. If they accept the offers, they'll join Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Helena Bonham Carter, and the aforementioned Sacha Baron Cohen and Anne Hathaway in creating what may well be the only non-Katherine Heigl film the world's older sisters will be seeing this year.
