Christopher Nolan's 'Interstellar' Shall Send McConaughey into Wormhole

April 3, 2013

Matthew McConaughey has confirmed that his controversial theory of time travel will extend beyond his Ghosts of Girlfriends Past thesis. Speaking to the StarTribune (via), the actor opened up on rumors he'd been given a part in Christopher Nolan's Interstellar, telling the paper, "I'm confirming." He didn't offer any other details on the secretive project, but as previously reported, the script comes from Nolan's brother Jonathan, and it's said to be based around theories of wormholes and time travel from physicist Kip Thorne. Michael Caine will play a fatherly spacetime.
