Armie Hammer Headed Back to the Desert for Clearly Not a 'Lone Ranger' Sequel

Just in case The Lone Ranger 2 ends up not happening, Armie Hammer has made some back-up plans to nonetheless end up stranded in the desert. Variety reports he'll star in Mine, a psychological thriller to be written and directed by a skilled team of Fabios--Fabio Guaglione and Fabio Resinaro. Hammer will play a soldier who fails an assassination mission and ends up stranded in the desert, where he must fight off dangers both psychical and psychological. If the dehydration doesn't get him, then the phantom visions of Johnny Depp's bird hat surely will.
