Still refusing to out Battlefield Earth as a bad movie, even though pretty much everyone has acknowledged that it totally is, John Travolta has issued a public denial that he regrets making that.
"No way, are you kidding?" Travolta told The Daily Beast of those persistent rumors that he and director Roger Christian may feel shame about something they did years ago, when they made something "beautiful" back in 2000. "Why would I ever regret that? I had the power to do whatever I wanted, and I chose to do a book that I thought was worthy of making into a movie. [Battlefield Earth is] a beautiful film. It's a good movie." And if you feel otherwise, you can sue him about it.
