Watch Amazon's 'Mozart in the Jungle' Trailer, Experience the Wild Life of Classical Musicians

December 5, 2014

Arriving just before Christmas, the time when we most need a nice binge-watching distraction from family or lonely sorrow, the first season of Mozart in the Jungle arrives in-full December 23 on Amazon Prime. The series--created by cousins/Darjeeling Limited co-writers Roman Coppola and Jason Schwartzman--takes a behind-the-scenes look at the New York Philharmonic, focusing on a newcomer oboist, the cocky incoming conductor (Gael García Bernal), and all the wild sex and drugs it turns out everyone secretly is doing. Have a look at the trailer below, and prepare for the belated Ghostbusters revelation that Dana Barrett probably only saw a monster in her fridge because she was super high.
