Check Out Tina Fey's '30 Rock' Sitcom Follow-Up

Plop Ellie Kemper's The Office character in Manhattan, rationalize her cartoonish naïveté with a Blast from the Past-inspired backstory, sprinkle in some 30 Rock here and there, and you've pretty much got The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Created by 30 Rock's Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, the series premieres on Netflix this March. Kemper stars as a woman who, fresh from being freed after 15 years in a Y2K apocalypse cult's underground shelter, decides to really lay it on thick with the fish-out-of-water thing by starting a new, constantly wide-eyed life in New York City. Tituss Burgess (better known as D'Fwan) co-stars as her roommate, while fellow 30 Rocker Jane Krakowski gets a respite from selling watered-down orange juice to again do a great job playing a rich, terrible person.

Here's the trailer, which for some reason packages this thing as a straight-to-video romantic comedy:
