Nine months since injuring his leg on the Millennium Falcon, Harrison Ford has again been sent to the hospital thanks to an aircraft.
Having not learned his lesson from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, the actor and oft-beleaguered aviator was flying a World War II-era craft yesterday afternoon when the plane's sole engine lost power. Ford attempted to return to the Santa Monica Municipal Airport but was unable to make it, instead crash landing on a nearby golf course, where clichéd, golf-playing doctors tended his injuries from the crash. Sensationalized early reports listed him in critical condition, but it's since been clarified that he suffered only "fair to moderate injuries." On Twitter, Ford's son added, "Dad is ok. Battered, but ok! He is every bit the man you would think he is. He is an incredibly strong man. Thank you all for your thoughts and good vibes for my dad."
