Have you been avoiding finding out who Luke's father is until you can hear it on the tinny speakers of your Galaxy Note 8? Well, your day has finally come, because Star Wars is going digital.

In news that feels a lot like when The Beatles albums came to iTunes, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Fox, and Disney have announced that, as it turns out, all this time you couldn't own these really classic things digitally, but soon you can, in case you want to buy them in yet another format. All six Star Wars films will this Friday reportedly hit retailers like iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon in digital HD--available individually or, for the masochist, as a full collection. Naturally, there still isn't an option to purchase without Lucas's revised CGI visions, but it seems there will be some new special features (varying in availability by retailer). Have a look below for the full feature list and the launch trailer.
