After two decades, has Hollywood at last found the next Bryan Spicer*? So it seems, as Lionsgate has finally found a director for their Power Rangers reboot. According to Variety, the job has gone to Dean Israelite, a director whose sole feature credit was last year's Chronicle-but-with-time-travel film, Project Almanac. Let's just hope what he lacks in experience he makes up for in enthusiasm for teenagers driving robot dinosaurs that turn into a giant man.
