'BoJack Horseman' Renewed, 'Lilyhammer' Canceled, and Other Netflix News

July 28, 2015

As it goes with the cyclical nature of depression, addiction, and horse tracks, BoJack Horseman is coming back for a third season. Netflix made the news official today, announcing the renewal today--just 11 days since the second season premiere. Some of us haven't even gotten around to watching season two yet, and thus have no witty little comments to make about this news.

So let's move on to the bad news for Lilyhammer fans: Lilyhammer is canceled. Some of us haven't even watched a single Lilyhammer and are just now finding out it's about a mob fixer. Huh. How about that.

So let's move on to the rest of our Netflix original series news. The fourth season of Longmire will be streaming Thursday, September 10; Aziz Ansari's sitcom Master of None premieres Friday, November 6; and With Bob and David, A Very Murray Christmas, Marvel's Jessica Jones, the third and final season of Hemlock Grove, and Bill Burr's animated series F Is for Family will all show up at some point in the fourth quarter of 2015, warming us through a long, solitary winter when we may finally catch up with all this crap.
