'Veep' Foes Ruin Illusion of Animosity, Sell Movie Pitch Together

Matt Walsh and Timothy Simons, the Veep duo responsible for perhaps our greatest postbellum rendition of "Goober Peas," have sold a pitch to Paramount. Really ruining the illusion of animosity between them, the two reportedly teamed up and successfully presented an idea for something called Red Shirt. All that's know about the film is that it's a "comedy set in the world of college football," really pissing off all the nerds there to see a Star Trek death montage.
