Simultaneously hitting new highs in both her acting career and her fetishized commodity career, Miley Cyrus is going to star in Woody Allen's next project. As previously reported, that project is a six-episode, half-hour Amazon series Allen will write, direct, and appear in. There isn't yet a synopsis for the show, but we do know that Allen's Small Time Crooks co-star Elaine May has signed on for a part. We also know that May is roughly Allen's age, while Cyrus is a pretty but unsophisticated young woman famously shaped by a father figure. Why do I feel like maybe I see where this is going, Woods?
