Diego Luna Joins That 'Flatliners' Remake

March 1, 2016

As one of their dangerous experiments into the effects of the near death of creativity, Sony is remaking Flatliners. Ellen Page is already attached to star in it, and now, according to The Wrap, Diego Luna may be joining her. The actor, who will soon be getting some pretty huge exposure in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, is said to be in talks for the reboot of the 1990 film, which originally saw Kiefer Sutherland, Julia Roberts, William Baldwin, Oliver Platt, and Kevin Bacon as medical students doing secret tests involving near-and-beyond-death experiences. In making the story more modern, now the visions of the afterlife will have wifi.
