'Zootopia' Tops Box Office Again, 'Brothers Grimsby' Craps Bed

March 14, 2016

For the second consecutive weekend, people decided to journey outside the internet for their funny animals wearing clothes footage. Like last weekend, that gave a box office win to Zootopia, the Disney animate film taking another $50 million.

Meanwhile, the newly-opening 10 Cloverfield Lane came in second with $25.2 million--which, given the film's low production costs and condensed marketing plan, is a pretty respectable take. Less respectable: The Brothers Grimsby, which now stands as the worst wide-release opening of the year. The Sacha Baron Cohen film opened south of $3.2 million. It came in eighth behind fellow new releases The Perfect Match and The Young Messiah, and you've never even heard of those things.

Anyway, here's your weekend box office:

1. Zootopia - $50 million

2. 10 Cloverfield Lane - $25.2 million

3. Deadpool - $10.8 million

4. London Has Fallen - $10.7 million

5. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot - $3.2 million
