Full 'Twin Peaks' Cast List Proves Fittingly Strange

April 25, 2016

With production completed on the new season of Twin Peaks, Showtime has released an official list of the series' new and returning cast members. Appropriately for the subject matter, it is an eclectic, bizarre list that I can barely even wrap my head around and includes a dead person. New cast members include Michael Cera, Monica Bellucci, Jim Belushi, Jeremy Davies, Laura Dern, Ernie Hudson, Ashley Judd, David Koechner, Matthew Lillard, Trent Reznor, Tim Roth, Amanda Seyfried, Tom Sizemore, Eddie Vedder, Brett Gelman, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Caleb Landry Jones, and Naomi Watts. Returning stars include lead Kyle MacLachlan, David Duchovny, Alicia Witt, Harry Dean Stanton and, thankfully, "Log Lady" Catherine Coulson, who passed away last September but seems to have shot at least some scenes.

Meanwhile, Michael J. Anderson, best known as the Black Lodge's Man from Another Place, seems to have been correct in saying, "When you see me again, it won't be me." He's not listed in the cast, so I'm going to guess that when you see him again, it will be listed actor Clark Middleton.

Here's the full rundown:

So, David Dastmalchian and Patrick Fischler have got to be playing brothers, right?
