Spoiler: You will not end up watching all these shows.
Lethal Weapon, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Exorcist - Remember when these were enjoyable movies decades ago? Welcome to the future! Now they're broadcast television quality:
Prison Break - Oh, and also remember Prison Break? Because there's more Prison Break, too.
AND 24. There's also more 24...
APB - The title refers to an app that solves crimes. It will air on Fox but really belongs on Netflix. In that it only makes sense in an old episode of 30 Rock.
Pitch - As the first woman in Major League Baseball, Ginny Baker is going to have to prove herself twice as much as any man. Week after week after week across potentially multiple seasons, apparently.
The Mick - Forget ABC's Uncle Buck! Because now Fox also has that but with Sweet Dee from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and a hint of King Ralph.
Making History, Son of Zorn - Amid all their movie projects, Last Man on Earth producers and Lego Movie directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller somehow also managed to give Fox a couple more extremely high-concept series. One is basically Duffle Bag Time Machine, sending Adam Pally and Yassir Lester back to the American Revolution. The other is basically He-Man-in-the-live-action-modern-world by way of Archer.
Star - HER NAME IS STAR AND ALSO SHE WANTS TO BE A STAR. So Queen Latifah, Lenny Kravitz, and Benjamin Bratt are going to help this orphan start a girl group as well as a Fox music melodrama besides Empire.
Shots Fired - A drama about an investigator and special prosecutor investigating racially-charged shootings that saw cops killing unarmed young men. So, not exactly a replacement for the escapist frivolity of American Idol.
