As far as clean, modern, minimalist, almost entirely rectangular industrial design goes, Dieter Rams is pretty much the guy. The timeless products he designed over his storied career--significantly, at Braun--established a beautiful "less, but better" approach that still resonates in iconic designs of today. His designs make Apple look like they shit a brick and painted it silver. He's that good. So wouldn't you like to learn more about him?
