Does Rogue One: A Star Wars story see cameos from new Han Solo, Alden Ehrenreich, or willfully forgotten Anakin Skywalker, Hayden Christensen? Common sense would say no, of course not; why would you even think that given the context of this film? But as for Lucasfilm's official stance on the matter? Very similar!
Speaking to Extra, Rogue One director Gareth Edwards directly addressed this Ehrenreich rumor that was apparently going around, saying, "I can put to bed--Han Solo's not in the movie."
Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, meanwhile, was similarly forthright in answering if it was true that Christensen was for some reason in this movie--like in an extraneous scene where Darth Vader's helmet is removed, and you see it's the star of Jumper all done up in Uncle Fester makeup, I guess?
"No, that is not true. I can confirm that. He is not [in the film]," Kennedy said.
Tellingly, though, both remained silent as to whether there'd be a part during Rogue One's beachside battles where you can see Lando surfing.
